ROAD  AT   4816 STATE HIGHWAY 146  SOUTH.   IT IS  A  BIGGER  BRICK  BUILDING  AND  BEING  SO  WE  HAVE TO WAIT   UNTIL   WE

HAVE  ENOUGH  MONEY  TO  PUT  ON  A NEW ROOF  THAT  HURRICANE IKE  DAMAGED SOME.  RIGHT NOW WE ARE IN A LITTLE BROWN

SHOP BUILDING AT THE CORNER OF  4273 STATE HIGHWAY 146 SOUTH AND LANGHAM  LANE.     WE  APPRECIATE OUR   CUSTOMERS.

ALL OF OUR HEARTS AND SPIRITS GO OUT TO THE PEOPLE OF HAITI  AS  THEY WALK THRU THEIR DAYS OF ADJUSTMENT AND REPAIR.

MAY THE LORD'S ANGELS SPREAD THEIR ARMS AROUND THEM AND HELP THEM.   WE BELIEVE THIS DID NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE OF

ANYONE'S SINS BUT IT IS A TEST OF WHO WE ARE AND WHO WE CAN BE.      IT HAPPENED BECAUSE THERE ARE FAULT LINES UNDER

THE EARTH AND WHEN THE PLATES MOVE  IT  MOVES THE EARTH AND THE PEOPLE ON IT.  LIFE IS A FRAGILE THING AND WE ARE HERE

TO DO BETTER AND NOT WORSE.    WE ALL ADOPT THE LIFESTYLE WE CAN IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES WE ARE IN  AS   WE  SEE   IT.

THE  BIBLE TELLS  US  TO  PRAY  FOR ONE  ANOTHER  AND  NOW  THE PEOPLE OF HAITI ESPECIALLY  THE CHILDREN  NEED  OUR

PRAYERS.

MOST OF US  HAVE EXPERIENCED THE FEELING OF HELPLESSNESS AS I DID  A  LITTLE OVER A  YEAR  AGO.    AFTER  HURRICANE  RITA

I  WAS  CLEANING UP  THE  GROUNDS   AND  I  DECIDED  TO TILL BETWEEN THE GARDEN ROWS WITH THE TILLER

.   MY RIGHT LEG FELT FUNNY AND  I  LOOKED DOWN AND  THE TILLER HAD PICKED UP A WIRE AND ONE END WAS ON THE TILLER

BLADES AND THE OTHER END  HAD HUNG MY PANTS LEG AND MADE A TOURNIQUE OUT OF IT TWISTING AROUND MY LEG.

ABOUT THAT TIME  THE TILLER BLADES JERKED MY RIGHT LEG  AND  I BEGAN TO TRY TO PULL MY LEG AWAY FROM THE TILLER

AND I PASSED OUT FLAT ON THE GROUND BACKWARDS.   AFTER I HIT THE GROUNG I WOKE UP AND THOUGHT  I HEARD SOMEONE

SAY YOU'RE  NOTHING .  RESPONDING I SAT UP AND TURNED THE TILLER OFF AND BEGAN TEARING OUT OF THE TOURNIQUE

MY PANTS LEG HAD MADE.      SOMEHOW  I MANAGED TO WALK NEXT DOOR AND GET SOMONE TO TAKE ME TO THE DR.

THE BLOOD CLOTTED AS FAST AS IT BLEED AND THAT FORMED A SEAL.     I KNOW GOD'S INVISIBLE HELP WAS THERE

BECAUSE I WAS NOT AFRAID AND LATER WHEN  WE  LOOKED AT THE WIRE AND THE TWISTED PANT'S LEG WE COULD NOT

SEE HOW MY FOOT GOT OUT OF THERE.   THE SOCK WAS STILL INSIDE THE WIRE AND THE HOLE WAS TIED UP IN A

KNOT.      I  AM  A FIRM BELIEVER THAT GOD IS ALWAYS THERE WHETHER WE KNOW IT OR NOT.     PAIN HURTS AND IT IS

NEVER  EASY.      ALL OF OUR STRENGTHS TOGETHER MAKE IT EASIER TO BEAR.

OF COURSE WE ALL KNOW  HURRICANE IKE CAME THE NEXT YEAR  AND  TORNADOES HIT OUR PLACES AGAIN  AND PEOPLE

JUST CONTINUED THE CLEANUP EVEN ME  COVERING  MY  HEALING  LEG WHEN  I NEEDED TO DO IT.  SOMETIMES  THE 

HARDEST THING TO BEAR  IS  WHEN  WE  ARE DISAPPOINTED IN PEOPLE   WHO  MAKE  MATTERS  WORSE   OR

DELIBERATELY  DO  WRONG.    I  REMEMBER LOSING  A   JOB  ONCE   TO  SUCH   WHEN  I DEARLY  LOVED WHAT  I  WAS

DOING.     THESE PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR JOBS AND MUCH MORE.  PEOPLES'   SUPPORT   WILL  GET  THEM   THRU

ALL  OF  COMING   DAYS AND   WITHOUT  THE HELP  OF PEOPLE  THEY  WOULD   BE   LOST..

WE    HAVE  TURNIPS   AND  GREENS  OUT   OF  OUR  GARDEN  FOR   SALE.    THE   ICY  FREEZES  BIT  OUR GREENS  BUT

THEY ARE COMING OUT OF IT.     WE ALSO  HAVE  #1  BAKING  POTATOES  FOR  SALE  AND    MIXED   DRIED   BEANS

WE  HAVE  A BUNCH  OF ODDS  AND ENDS FOR SALE.

from all of us.    Fewer people are with their families.     Mental  fatigue grows  as  minds try to sort it all out and remain civilized and productive.

Blood pressures rise and systems fail.        Lifelong friendships have become almost impossible as they once were a security blanket.

Cliques   clique   as   needs  and wants develop and change.         Environment never remains stable as  nature is less respected.  We once worked

with nature.       Too many    invited and uninvited guests act like they own the place and apply their own rules kind  of like animals do when they come into

our home.. Many times I think of   Heaven  as  the   Bible  says   we will  be  known   as   we   are   known   and    I    ask    "How are  we  known    and

how  am  I  known?"    Professional would say  we  have  a   personal and  a  public  image.   I  think that maybe our conscious is  our  image as it

will bear witness for us.     Our conscious can not lie like a witness will sometimes lie  on  the  witness  stand so  it all comes down to what we

There is a new warning out about the VIRUS.     THEY WARN TO LOOK OUT FOR HEART PROBLEMS.      I am not a doctor.

I did have and still do have doctors and nurses in both sides of my parents' family.    We need to watch out for fast and irregular

heart beat and rate as well as inflamation and others things associated with it such as increasing fever, blood pressure, etc.......   Nature gives us

Remember to keep a close check on the heart rates of children and young adults because they are so much more active than older people and
